SNAM Board Sets Stage for a Promising 2026
The final SNAM Board meeting of 2025 was held on Tuesday, December 16, at Press House, Sowutuom, charting an ambitious course for the organisation’s future.
The Board conducted a comprehensive review of the year’s achievements while addressing critical operational matters. Key agenda items included the adoption of previous minutes, engagement of new auditors, updates on the digital pay platform implementation, findings from a customer satisfaction survey, and initiatives to support staff development.
In a significant milestone, the Board evaluated the probation period of the Managing Editor following consideration of his comprehensive report. The unanimous verdict affirmed that he is fit for purpose and that operations are progressing effectively. He has been duly confirmed in his role and will receive formal notification shortly.
The Board also finalised the 2026 meeting calendar, ensuring structured oversight for the coming year.
